Since the Corona pandemic, virtual events have gained enormous importance. Last but not least, cost arguments and the accessibility of large groups of viewers have meant that, even in the post-Corona world, additional digital transmission of events is very often the focus of organizers.

WORDUP PR, in collaboration with the technology partner creakom and the location partner Presseclub München, offers a tried and tested and innovative concept for hybrid events that has even been used by the United Nations.

• Planning and executing hybrid press conferences and other hybrid events
• Complete organization of the on-site event at the Munich Press Club or another location including invitation of media representatives and, if requested, selection of panel representatives and moderation
• Munich Press Club: Central and exclusive at Marienplatz for up to 80 participants and a connected network of 800 journalists
• Provision of all required technical components
• Complete video management (1 to 3 cameras in 4K) and transmission of the on-site event to all digital platforms (TEAMS, YouTube, Zoom, etc.)
• Connection of (external) simultaneous translators and live transmission of the soundtracks to the on-site location and the live stream
• If desired, additional external speakers/moderators can be added via screen or holographic transmission
• Recording and evaluation (usage statistics, participants)
