Achim von Michel strengthens LMU Advisory Board

In his role as BVMW Country Representative for Politics in Bavaria, WORDUP Public Relations Managing Director Achim von Michel has been appointed to the Advisory Council for Advanced Scientific Education at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, to provide practical support to the program.

Internationally renowned Chinese artist Fu Wenjun in Munich for the first time

Chinese contemporary artist and photographer Fu Wenjun will exhibit his works in Bavaria for the first time this year. Fu Wenjun’s works can be seen at the ARTMUC in Munich from the 10th to the 13th of May. As the only non-European artist at the exhibition, he will be a special highlight at Bavaria’s largest contemporary art event.

Workshop “Basics of Press Relations” at McKinsey Munich

Twelve companies and organizations from the social sector had invited the renowned company consultancy McKinsey to their Munich office in June to offer free further training measures for company projects with the scope of non-profit projects.
WORDUP PR Managing Director Achim von Michel had been asked to design the day on the subject of “press work”. “What is the difference between press work and advertising,” “how actually work journalists,” “what is a” boilerplate “,” how to write a professional press release”, “how to build a good distribution list ” were some of the practical exercises and practical questions of the participants.
