Text Seminar at University Department for Psychology

With the “Evidence-Based Management” project, the Department of Psychology of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) offers an important transfer service from research into practice. Evidence-Based Management (EbM) can be translated as “evidence-based organizing”. EbM is an approach from the US, according to which management decisions are to be made through the explicit use of the best possible scientific methods and empirical findings. An important representative of this approach is Jeffrey Pfeffer from Stanford University.

In comprehensive dossiers, current topics from management theory are presented in a practical and concrete way. At the invitation of Professor Professor Dr. Felix Brodbeck, WORDUP PR Managing Director Achim von Michel gave Master’s students an introduction to professional work with texts in June to further enhance the quality of university output for the different management target groups.
